Lemongrass

This is a pre-order. All pre-orders will be delivered when the season is just right for them. Lemongrass are planned to be delivered or available for pickup in mid-May.

This culinary herb add dramatic spikes of flavor to the garden. Lemongrass stands about 3 feet tall and can be harvested repeatedly for teas and some of my favorite Thai dishes.

Lemongrass: An Asian specialty that brings an amazing lemon flavor to teas, curries, soups and roast chicken.

Growing Tips: Lemongrass needs a good 12 inches between plants in order to really thrive. It loves hot, sunny weather and can benefit from the warming properties of being grown in a pot (at least 8 inches in diameter or larger).
