Lemongrass

This is a pre-order. All pre-orders will be delivered later in the spring when the season is just right for them. Lemongrass are anticipated to be delivered or available for pickup in May.

This culinary herb add dramatic spikes of flavor to the garden. Lemongrass stands about 3 feet tall and can be harvested repeatedly for teas and some of my favorite Thai dishes.

Growing Tips: Lemongrass needs a good 12 inches between plants in order to really thrive. It loves hot, sunny weather and can benefit from the warming properties of being grown in a pot (at least 8 inches in diameter or larger).
