Borage: Borage is a delicately fuzzy plant with beautiful nickel-sized, purple flowers that taste like cucumbers! It is known around the world as a fantastic edible flower as well as pollinator attractor. Sprinkle some borage blossoms onto a salad to add a sweet, cucumber-like crunch!

Growing Tips: Plant borage 8 to 12 inches apart and they will grow 24 inches tall and produce abundantly all summer long. While borage is an annual and will die back in the fall, it self seeds easily. So you can find it year after year in the garden. It does it best in less than ideal garden soil.
