Dill, Bouquet

A versatile, early-maturing variety used for fresh leaves, seed head production and cut flowers. Produces seed heads well ahead of others and just in time for fantastic, homemade summer pickles. Flowering umbels average 6 inches wide.

Dill: A classic Mediterranean herb that has been found in Egyptian Tombs from over 1200 BC. This aromatic herb features an anise like flavor from both its foliage and seed. Use it in salad dressings, pickles and anything else that can use a special flavor pick up!

Growing Tips: Dill grows a good 18 to 25 inches tall. Separate out individual plants and space them a good 6 to 8 inches apart in order to ensure they reach their potential.
