Kale, Winterbor

Winterbor is a great, curly leafed, deep green kale that is famous for its ability to hold up in cold weather. They can be harvested all summer long by taking only the oldest largest leaves from the bottom of the plant. A great kale for juicing especially!

Choose from diverse cultivar types, including frilly tender varieties perfect for fresh salads and smoothies, or the bumpy, blue-green lacinato (dinosaur) kale ideal for braising.
