The Season Starter Package does exactly that—I handle all the planning, planting, and setup while you get access to the best varieties and the peace of mind that your garden is started right.

In spring, I'll plan your garden with you, install everything at the perfect time with proper spacing and support, then return to ensure everything is thriving before you take the reins.

Planning Call + Custom Garden Plan

• Phone or video consultation to understand your goals and preferences
• Variety recommendations based on what grows best in our conditions
• Customized garden plan emailed to you with:

Prep & Planting Day (Visit 1)

Site Preparation:

• Spring cleanup (remove winter debris and dead plant material)
• Bed preparation (turn and loosen soil as needed)
• Path cleanup and garden organization
• Irrigation system prep and testing

Expert Planting:

• Spring transplants from my certified organic nursery (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, herbs, and more)
• Direct sowing of seeds (beans, squash, cucumbers, etc.)
• Proper spacing and placement for your varieties
• Thorough watering and plant establishment

Follow-Up Visit (10-14 days after planting)

• Check germination on direct-sown seeds
• Adjust watering system based on establishment
• Address any transplant concerns
• Answer your questions and provide ongoing guidance

As a New York Botanical Garden instructor, I bring deep knowledge of what grows well in our local conditions and how to maximize production in home gardens. Your garden gets the same variety selection and planting techniques I've refined over years of professional growing.

Pricing by Garden Size

• Small garden (1-3 raised beds): $400
• Medium garden (4-6 raised beds): $600
• Large garden (6+ raised beds): $850

Plant quantities and varieties are customized to your garden size and preferences during the planning call.
